Foreword

Producing hydrogen utilizing electricity produced from carbon-based fuels is totally impractical and will exacerbate the global warming climate crisis. Large expensive solar and wind farms are not the answer, as the sun does not always shine, and the wind does not always blow. The use of battery storage as backup is almost impractical from a cost perspective. The issues mentioned above further exacerbate the production costs of producing low-cost green hydrogen and prevent it from becoming an everyday fuel.

Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” technologies works like this,  “MeV” (megaelectronvolts) photons are produced at 0.511 “MeV”, photons can dislodge an electron from an element, but cannot annihilate it. Photon pairs become protons with an “MeV” of 1.022. A positron (antimatter) can annihilate an electron, generating Gamma-rays which fire at 180 degrees in opposing directions and travel at 225 kilometres per second  in water. Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Generating Water Reaction Chambers can generate “MeV” levels in excess of 50.000 “MeV” (megaelectronvolts), however an “MeV” level of 25.000 will annihilate any atomic element on earth.

Now let’s explain how hydrogen gas is generated from our Cummins “MeV” Generating H2O Reaction Chambers. Oxygen (O) can be annihilated and ionized at an “MeV” level above 13.618, Hydrogen (H1) can be annihilated and ionized at an “MeV” level above 13.598. When Hydrogen (H1) elements are ionized they become (H1+Cations) these +Cations are attracted to other (H1+Cations) join together and become Hydrogen (H2). So, the “MeV” levels in the Cummins “MeV” Hydrogen gas producing Generators are set at “MeV” (megaelectronvolts) levels of between 13.800 and 14.000 “MeV”.

At these “MeV” (megaelectronvolts) levels the Hydrogen (H2) will rise from the Water Generating Reactor Chambers at around 20 meters or (60 plus feet) per second and will be unaffected at the (megaelectronvolts) setting of 14.000,  because Hydrogen (H2) is unaffected until “MeV” levels above 15.425, so they will rise freely from the Hydrogen Generating Reactor. These “MeV” (megaelectronvolts) Reactions are taking place thousands of times per second. In addition, Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” (megaelectronvolts) Water Generating Reaction Chambers produce no heat, can work at room temperature, and work at pressures well below 1 Bar or 14.5 psi.

Unlike high pressure electrolysis which generates high temperatures of up to 700 to 1,000 degrees C or 1,292 to 1,832 degrees F, and extreme pressures of 120 to 200 bar or 1,740 to 2,900 psi, to split the water into Hydrogen and Oxygen, these reactions require energy levels of around 50 kilowatts to produce 1 kilogram of Hydrogen (H2) gas, (11,000 litres) and around 9 litres of water is required to produce 1 kilogram of Hydrogen Gas, these are unnatural  forced reactions.

The  Cummins’ “MeV” technology may only require 1 to 2 kilowatts (1,000 watts) of energy to produce 1 kilogram of Hydrogen (H2) gas and around 1 to 2 litres of water to produce 1 kilogram of Hydrogen (yielding 11,000 litres of H2 gas), in addition the Cummins “MeV”  (megaelectronvolts) technology is a nature-based system.  Other advantages are that the Hydrogen Generating systems can be built from food grade plastics like HDPE because no heat or high pressure is generated and can operate at room temperature.

Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” HYDROGEN:

Energy required to produce Hydrogen gas @ Nm3 atmospheric pressures of 1 Bar above Nm3 Atmospheric pressure requires approximately 12 kW, per hour utilizing mains energy in Australia priced at around $0.25 cents per KWH to produce an estimated 40-50 liters of low-cost Hydrogen gas for around 1 cent AUD. If Utilizing Hydrogen Fueled cells or Cummins type Generator Systems to produce the energy, (Hydrogen producing Hydrogen), or similar if using large Fuel Cells to produce the Co2 free electricity. (Please note: it is unwise to use mains electricity to produce hydrogen, as it is mostly produced from carbon based fuels).

ELECTROLYSIS:

GREEN HYDROGEN:

Water volume required; it is estimated that 1-3 liters of water (H2O) will produce an estimated 11,000 liters of Hydrogen gas when produced byCummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Generators. No water pre-treatment is required when using Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generators as the system will destroy any unwanted toxic, or polluting elements in the water including toxic chemicals, bacteria, viruses, odor or color.

ELECTROLYSIS:

Estimated water volume required to produce 11,000 liters of Hydrogen gas may require up to 9 liters of possibly specialized treated water, or an estimated 1 liter of water to produce 8 liter of Hydrogen gas. GREEN HYDROGEN:

Water pre-treatment is not required because the Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV”

Green Hydrogen Generators will break down and destroy any unwanted elements in the H2O. This includes chemical destruction, and any unwanted elements will no longer be present in the H2O within 5 minutes of initial operation. The system will also make any water added into alkaline water.

Can Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen turn any other gases into pure Hydrogen Gas, YES, C.F.G.H. has the potential to turn any Gas or Fuel made up with a molecular structure of Carbons, and Hydrogen atoms such as Methane (CH4), plus others  into pure Hydrogen, because the Fission Reaction will break down and destroy any Carbon (C) element because it has 6 very destructible Carbon (C) Electrons( with no discharge to atmosphere), but it cannot destroy Hydrogen, Protium (H1), Deuterium (H2),and Tritium (H3), all Hydrogens with their single indestructible electron, with Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” , so all you can end up with is Hydrogen! (Google, all gases made up with a molecular structures of Hydrogens and Carbons).

ELECTROLYSIS:

Can Electrolysis turn any other gases into pure Hydrogen, NO, because Electrolysis cannot break down and destroy atomic elements.

ELECTROLYSIS:

Very small land footprint is required, even if large volumes are Hydrogen Gas are to be produced. Green Hydrogen gas may be produced on site wherever it is required. Only a high pressure 700 bar storage tank is required. As the pressure in the pressurized storage tank drops as it is being consumed a simple pressure switch will turn the

Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generators on and off again when the pressure in the storage tank reaches 700 Bar again. This low-pressure Hydrogen Gas production system will be automated and will not require operators unless it is a large, containerized building.

ELECTROLYSIS:

Hydrogen gas produced may require high pressure transport tankers to be delivered to the site where it is required. If larger production plants are utilized. Smaller Electrolysis plants can produce limited volumes of Hydrogen gas on site.

Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen systems are estimated to produce around 5,500,000 (million) liters of Hydrogen (H2) gas from each 1 cubic meter, or 1,000 liters or 264 gallons of H2O consumed.

ELECTROLYSIS:

Normally 9 liter of H2O is required to produce I kilogram of hydrogen gas. So, 1 cubic meter or 1,000 liters of water is expected to produce around 111 kilograms of hydrogen gas. (Google: toyota hydrogen eco park trial Melbourne Australia).

Production costs are very low, estimated to produce 40-50 liters of Hydrogen gas for around 1 cent, of (H2) gas produced at atmospheric Nm3 pressure plus 1 Bar using mains power @ 0.25 cents per KWH x 12KWH = $3.00 using mains power is not recommended if the electricity is being produced with a carbon based fuel. However, should the

Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Generators be powered by Hydrogen fueled Jenbacher or Cummins type generators or Fuel Cells to produce Hydrogen H2, then possibly 50-100 liters plus liters of Hydrogen gas may be produced @ atmospheric Nm3 pressure plus 1 Bar (Further testing is required).

ELECTROLYSIS:

Hydrogen gas is produced at a very low pressure, less than 1 Bar, above atmospheric pressure Nm3,  (14.5 psi) this drastically reduces the risks during Hydrogen Gas production. The Green Revolution is Here!

ELECTROLYSIS:

Many Electrolysis systems produce Hydrogen utilizing very high-pressure Electrolysis may require pressures of around (1,740 psi 120 Bar) to (2,900 psi or 200 Bar), high pressures always increases costs. There are many and varied methods of Electrolysis Hydrogen production. (Google: high pressure electrolysis)

No Heat is produced or required by the Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generation,  as Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generators do not produce or require heat to produce large commercial quantities of Hydrogen gas @ Nm3 atmosphere pressure (water level) plus 1 Bar. Hydrogen Gas Dryers may not be required because no heat is created when producing the H2. (Further testing is required)

ELECTROLYSIS:

High temperatures can be generated and are normally between 700 to 1,000 degrees to produce H2, and may possibly be a real issue with high pressure electrolysis during Hydrogen gas production over long periods of time. High temperature always increases the energy required, not to mention a small risk of explosions which are rare but may occur. (Google; ScienceDirect)

 Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen does not require replaceable Cathodes and Anodes, they are not used in Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generators. (This is Not an Electrolysis system).

ELECTROLYSIS:

Yes, Electrolysis requires Cathodes and Anodes, and generally they are produced from platinum or other expensive metals. Lower cost metals can and do normally degenerate too fast.

The purchase price of a 40’ containerized system, with 10 Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generation Chambers can be purchased for an estimated $1,000,000 USD.  The CAPEX on this system if kept in full time Hydrogen Generated gas production may be less than 360 days.

ELECTROLYSIS:

The Electrolysis systems purchase price is difficult to quantify, it is said to be reducing, due to over production, but I would be surprised if the CAPEX could match that of the CFGH above.

Exporting Hydrogen gas to other countries is almost impractical as it need to be liquified and that means temperatures need to be kept below -253 degrees C. This is an expensive exercise. The export of this Fuel over long distances may be expensive. However, CFGH systems can be placed on site in any country to produce the Hydrogen where and when it is required, mainly in countries who are part of, and respect the World Trade Organization and the Intellectual Property Act.

This can be done by creating Joint Ventures, Franchising, or Licensing Sales agreements with or without royalties. Many large local and overseas companies, or countries including the licensing of states in large countries. This is a more practical way of exporting this very valuable green decarbonizing fuel.

ELECTROLYSIS:

Is used all over the world, this is at times considered an expensive method of producing Hydrogen and  can be built anywhere, as the technology is widespread and operates in many other countries, all countries can have wind and solar farms, and can also produce Hydrogen in its different forms, however nothing is expected to compete with Cummins Energized Cold Plasma “MeV” Green Hydrogen Generation when it comes into production, only time will tell, further testing is required.
